Acceptance of Terms

Account Security Obligations

General Bonus Conditions

- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment account.

Account Suspension & Closure

- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- Confirmed underage registration or use.
- Account inactivity — an account that has had no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. takabet 5 will make reasonable efforts to notify the player before applying any dormancy fees or account restrictions.

Effect of Closure
